Knowing you're doing it right isn't good enough anymore...you have to be able to prove it. We can document part dimension and/or distortion through the heat treating process for most parts we process. With our material analyzer and other metallurgy equipment, we can quickly verify material alloys as well as mechanical properties (hardness) and microstructure. Our mission is to get it right and on time.

Garner Heat Treat, Inc. (GHT) performs heat treating services on various Ferrous and Non-Ferrous materials in accordance with Customer Supplied specification and/or ASTM, ASME, and military specifications, ie. H-6875 and ISO 9000-2001 compliant.

All Furnaces have weekly, monthly company inspections along with 90 day inspections by a third party company to assure that we meet +/- 10 deg. F. tolerance. Also all Rockwell, Brinell and other equipment for customer certifications go through these inspection periods.

Garner Heat Treat, Inc. has acquired FTI Anamet services to provide Materials testing and evaluation services directly to clients in accordance with ASTM, ASME/ANSI, SAE, MIL and A2LA.
